96mm Coaster Holder with Blank (x6) Coasters Bonus File (DIGITAL FILES ONLY)

We mainly sell wooden drink coasters at our local markets, and wanted to give our customer an added extra - a nice, tidy, elegant and simple coaster holder. I designed this in Creo parametric with ease of use in mind - simply cut it out on your laser, snap it together and it's done.

This fits 6 of our custom sized 96mm diameter coasters, which have a 2.5mm thick foam ring attached to the back of 3mm material, so it will hold more if you don't add foam, however it is designed to fit 6 of them with foam (a set!)

We are including (absolutely free) our bonus 6x Coaster Template for you to design and cut your own coaster designs that will fit nicely and neatly in our holder!

You're buying the DIGITAL CUT FILES ONLY -- There is no DELIVERABLE PHYSICAL PRODUCT. These files are simply for you to be able to cut your own parts on your laser and assemble one of these amazing holders.

The files are optimised for a k40 laser bed size, so each file is no larger than 295mm x 195mm - so it will fit right in the bed of the k40! Simply go to bunnings, source some 3mm MDF, cut it into pieces on your saw that will fit in your laser (approx A4 size), then cut and assemble!

PLEASE NOTE - The file you will be downloading is a zip file, you will need to unzip it using your computer to yield the three SVG files you can use in your laser cutting software. Please note: If you're using Lightburn, theres a folder in the zip file called AI (use for lightburn) - please use AI files in Lightburn and NOT SVG files, otherwise it will scale wierdly.

PLEASE also note - you can sell your created items, but selling the digital files is not allowed.
